What are the benefits of using barcode labels?
You increase the speed of data capture, reduce errors and thus save time and money.Here you can generate and then print the appropriate adhesive labels with the barcode for your stock items. You can find detailed instructions and what you need to consider here:
For manual entry, simply follow the steps below:
- Enter the article numbers that you want as a barcode label.
- Enter your individual article number if required.
- In the "Number of labels" column, you can increase the number if you need more than one label for an article number.
- You have entered all the article numbers you need? Perfect, click on "Check article" and the article name will be inserted automatically. If you have mistyped the article number, this will be indicated by a red line.
- Now you can select the format of your labels.
- Then click on "Create labels".
- Your PDF document is now created, if you do not see it immediately it is in your download folder. You can easily print the PDF document on pre-cut standard label paper, which you can also obtain from our online shop.
To upload a file, please note the following:
1. your file should be structured as follows:
- Format: xlsx (no csv file)
- A column name is not necessary. Only the order of the data contained in the columns is important:
- 1st column: Order no. (This column is absolutely necessary)
- 2nd column: Customer-specific article number, here you can enter your own article number, which will be printed on the label. If you do not need one, you can leave the field empty. A maximum of 40 characters can be entered
- 3rd column: Number of labels, here you can specify, if necessary, that you receive more than one label from an order number. If you only need one, you can leave the field empty. It is automatically imported with 1.
2 As soon as you have finished creating your Excel file, you can click on the "Import data" button.
3. now select your file.
4. your items are now in the form. You can add more manually if necessary or continue by clicking on "Check item". The item name will be inserted automatically. If you have made a typing error, this will be indicated by a red line.
5 You can now select the format of your labels.
6. then click on "Create labels".
7. your PDF document is now created, if you do not see it immediately it is probably in your download folder. You can easily print the PDF document on pre-cut standard label paper, which you can also obtain from our online shop.
Please make sure that you have set your Pressure to the actual size (no scaling), otherwise the labels will not fit on the label paper.

Order in 4 steps using the scan function:

Generate and print barcode labels here via manual input or Excel import

Apply the barcode labels to the Shelf units or storage compartment.

If required, scan the barcode of the desired item and add the item to the shopping basket. (Also works without reception)
4.
All items in your shopping basket? Then, as soon as you have reception again, finalise and send your order.
