Step-by-step explained


1. Login – e-mail instead of customer number

For security reasons, the login is now done with your e-mail address and no longer with your customer number. The first time you log in, you will need to reset your password and set a new password. After successful login, you will have the opportunity to query prices, create watch lists, place orders and view your previous orders.

 

Please note that each user of the shop needs their own e-mail address and password.

2. Navigation

Our online shop offers you clear navigation so that you can find the desired products quickly and easily. 

 

Customize the display by switching between list and tile views , and use our search bar to find products by item number, EAN or search terms

In the Customer Center, you also have access to personal data, orders, watch lists and more at any time, so that you can manage your purchases efficiently.

Catalogues and promotions

In the header area you will find direct access to our catalogues and promotional booklets.

 

Here you can download all currently available catalogs or browse through them directly on the screen.

Wishlists

The watch list symbol in the header area takes you to your watch list overview. 

 

There you can manage and edit created watch lists.

You can also find this watch list symbol on items in the online shop. You can use this to add these items to your watch lists.

 

Watchlists allow you to summarize several articles thematically and save them permanently.

Account

Click on the user icon in the header area to open the login window. Here you can log in with your e-mail address and password  . 

 

In case you have forgotten your password, you can also use the "Forgot Password" function.

 

After successful registration, you can use this to call up your customer center and log out of the system again.

Shopping basket

This symbol will take you directly to the shopping cart.

 

You can also find this symbol on articles on the category pages. This allows you to add items directly to the shopping cart.


3. Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password, that's no problem. Simply click on the Customer Center icon and then on "Forgot password". Enter your email address and submit the request. A short time later, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to set a new password.

4. Watchlist management

In the "Watchlists" tab you will find the watchlist overview. Here you will find all the watchlists you have created and can manage and organize them as you wish.

For each watch list, you can call up the detail page and remove, copy, move items and add a selection of the list or the entire list to the shopping cart.

5. User management

With the user management, you have the option of centrally managing all of your company's user accounts in the online shop. You can create new users, edit existing user data, assign roles and permissions, and activate or block user accounts.

6. Rights and role management

Rights and role management enables targeted control of user authorizations in the online shop. By assigning specific roles, individual access rights can be defined to ensure that each user can only use the functions that are relevant to them.

 

Predefined roles are available for immediate use, while additional roles can be created with customized rights.

Automatically release orders from this role

Please enable both rights to automatically approve orders from this role, without further verification.

7. Manage company structure

With the company structure management function, you can clearly organize your company hierarchy in the online shop. Users can be assigned to different teams or superiors, so that a clear structure is mapped within the account.

8. Order approvals

With the new Order Approvals feature , you can manage and control your orders more efficiently.

 

This feature provides businesses with the ability to track and control orders in a targeted manner. For example, you can create a release rule so that your employees can place orders up to 400 euros on their own – anything beyond that requires approval.

9. Import cart

To ensure that large orders run smoothly, you can easily and conveniently import a shopping cart using a CSV file with a maximum of 750 items that meets the following requirements:

 

The file contains two columns:

 

  1. SKU – Here you enter the article numbers with spaces.
  2. QTY – Enter the desired quantity.

Please note: In order to import the shopping cart, there must already be at least one item in the shopping cart.
