1st login - e-mail instead of customer number

For security reasons, you can now log in with your e-mail address and no longer with your customer number. When you log in for the first time, you must reset your password and set a new password. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to check prices, create watch lists, place orders and view your previous orders.

 

Please note that each user of the shop needs their own email address and password.

2. navigation

Our online shop offers you clear navigation so that you can find the products you want quickly and easily. 

 

Customise the display by switching between list and tile views and use our search bar to find products specifically by item number, EAN or search terms

In the customer centre, you also have access to personal data, orders, watch lists and more at any time so that you can manage your purchases efficiently.

2.1 Variant selector (formerly product family)

With our new variant selector, you can find your desired products even faster and more conveniently. You can select the appropriate features of the product directly above the "Add to basket" button - all at a glance!

Quick & efficient: Specify the desired quantity and add to the shopping basket with just one click

2.2 Catalogue

You can still access the catalogue pages in our new online shop. Use the catalogue icon to view and download Promotional booklets and catalogues or jump directly to individual chapters.

 

On product pages you will also find the catalogue icon, which you can use to jump directly to the relevant page in the catalogue.

2.3 Category carousel

With our new category carousel, you can navigate effortlessly to the desired product category.

 

🔹 Overview: On each category page, you can see the first six subcategories directly as images.
🔹 Easy navigation: Browse conveniently using the arrow icons or wipes to the right and left to display further categories.
🔹 Get there quickly: Click through step by step to the desired product level.

Catalogues and Promotions

In the header area you will find direct access to our catalogues and Promotional booklets.

 

Here you can download all currently available catalogues or browse through them directly on screen.

Watch lists

You can access your watch list overview via the watch list icon in the header area.

 

You can manage and edit the watch lists you have created there.

You will also find this watch list symbol on items in the online shop. You can use it to add these items to the watch lists.

 

Memo lists allow you to summarise several items by topic and save them permanently.

Customer account

Click on the user icon in the header area to open the login window. Here you can log in with your e-mail address and your password .

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can also use the "Forgot password" function.

 

After successfully logging in, you can use this to access your customer centre and log out of the system.

Shopping basket

This symbol takes you directly to the shopping basket.

 

You will also find this symbol on items on the category pages. This allows you to add items directly to the shopping basket.


3. forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, that's no problem. Simply click on the customer centre symbol and then on "Forgot password". Enter your e-mail address and send the request. A short time later, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to set a new password.

4. watch list management

The "Watch lists" tab contains the watch list overview. Here you will find all the watch lists you have created and can manage and organise them as you wish.

For each watch list, you can call up the details page and remove, copy and move items as well as add a selection of the list or the entire list to the shopping basket.

5. invoice management

Would you like to retrieve your invoices quickly and easily? In our Customer Centre, you can access your orders and the associated documents at any time. Use the filter and search functions to search for a specific order - for example, using the article number, order commission or a keyword.

6. user administration

User management allows you to centrally manage all of your company's user accounts in the online shop. You can create new users, edit existing user data, assign roles and authorisations and activate or block user accounts.

7. rights and role management

Rights and role management enables targeted control of user authorisations in the online shop. By assigning specific roles, individual access rights can be defined to ensure that each user can only use the functions relevant to them.

 

Predefined roles are available for direct use, while additional roles can be created with customised rights.

8. manage company structure

The company structure management function allows you to clearly organise your company hierarchy in the online shop. Users can be assigned to different teams or managers so that a clear structure is created within the account.

9. order releases

With the new function Order releases you can manage and control your orders more efficiently.

 

This function enables companies to track and control orders in a targeted manner. For example, you can create a release rule so that your employees can place orders up to 400 euros independently - anything over this amount requires approval.

10. import shopping basket

To ensure that large orders run smoothly, you can easily and conveniently import a shopping basket  To do this, you need a CSV file with a maximum of 750 items that fulfils the following requirements:

The file contains two columns:

 

  1. SKU - Enter the article numbers with spaces here.
  2. QTY - Enter the desired quantity here.
