We are Germany's best sanitary wholesaler
This was the result of the Germany-wide customer vote "Germany's best sanitary wholesalers 2026" by the Deutschen Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien (DtGV). The DtGV is independent of providers and carries out tests, inspections and surveys on a neutral basis and with criteria developed by experts.
This is how it was rated:
- A total of 7 companies were evaluated
- 157 interviews with 344 company evaluations were conducted
- The survey participants rated on the basis of 9 different criteria on a scale
of 1 to 10 (10 = very satisfied) - The evaluation was carried out in 6 categories: price-performance ratio, product range, ordering process, delivery service, customer service and customer trust
