In the shopping cart, you can now select several items in the same way as your Favourite lists. You can then remove the selected items with just one click (waste bin) or add them to a Favourite list (star symbol):
You now also have the following three functions in the shopping cart:
This new function gives you even more flexibility in your ordering processes.
From now on, you can save money: In the favourite lists overview, activate the toggle to receive the best price notification. This means you will receive an email once a month with a list of all your favourite lists and the discounted items they contain.
How to activate the notification:
Open the favourite lists overview and activate the toggle. That's it. You will soon receive the first e-mail with discounted items. So you can replenish your stock cost-effectively.
You are able to display your items in the favourite lists in a more compact way:
Just click on the marked arrow symbol, which you will find above each favourite list.
An item preview is now displayed directly in the customer centre within orders and invoices:
As soon as you enter a search term in the search field above the order table, the online-shop searches your entire order history for items hits and displays them as a small preview image with the product title.
This allows you to find the order that is relevant to you more quickly.
You can now share your favourite lists with colleagues in your company in the customer centre within favourite lists:
To be able to share a favourite lists with a person in your company, first check the settings under roles and permissions. Make sure that the employee with whom you want to share the favourite lists has the desired authorisation. There are two types of authorisation:
Note: Changes to shared favourite lists with editing rights affect all users. Deleted favourite lists cannot be restored.
You can then use the share icon on the right to select the employee with whom you want to share the list. As soon as the list has been shared, the recipient will receive a message by email.
In your overview, you can recognise who you have already shared the list with by the round circle and the number.
If you are the recipient of a favourite list, you can see this from the entry in the "Shared by" column. The lock symbol indicates whether you can only read the list (lock is closed) or read and edit it (lock is open).
You can also use this feature to summarise orders from multiple employees. This makes it easier to reach the limit for free shipping.
Here you can find a video to help you:
