Adjusting screw FSW PU: 40

Short description

For easy assembly of wooden beams / wooden sleepers
Adjustment process is simplified so that no assistance is required from a second person
How it works:
- Create the drill hole and prepare the drill hole in the wooden beam
- Cleaning the drill hole
- Bring the adjusting washer together with the concrete screw so that the moulded washer of the concrete screw fits into the recess of the adjusting washer
- Use an Impact screwdriver to tighten the concrete screw to the specified torque
- Place a second adjusting disc on the already installed concrete screw with the countersink facing downwards
- Fasten the adjusting discs to the wood using standard screws with a flat head
- Now the concrete screw can be slightly loosened again and the beam can be aligned and relined or grouted as required
- After adjustment, tighten the concrete screw again
- Optional: Once the adjustment is complete, the upper adjustment disc can be removed and used for the next installation
