Conditions of participation & data protection notice

The organiser of the competition is WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH | Rote Länder 4 | 72336 Balingen.
Anyone aged 14 and over can take part. In this respect, WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH reserves the right to enquire about the age of the competition participants. Employees of the organiser and affiliated companies are excluded from participating in the competition. Each participant can only take part in the competition once.
The competition begins on 02 February 2025 and ends on 9 February 2026.

The winner will be announced on 10/02/2026.

The following prizes will be awarded:

A cash payment or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.

Instagram is in no way connected with this competition and is therefore not available as a contact.

The prize will be sent by post. For this purpose, it is a prerequisite that WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH is provided with the full name and postal address. These will be used exclusively for sending the prize. If you do not provide WS Weinmann und Schanz GmbH with the above data, it will not be possible to send the prize by post.

The winner will be drawn by lot on 10 February 2026 from all participants who have fully met the conditions of participation, excluding legal recourse, and announced in the competition post on the Instagram page www.instagram.com/ws_azubis announced. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the publication of their name on www.instagram.com/ws_azubis

The winner must contact us by 17 February 2026 via direct message on Instagram or by email to social-media@weinmann-schanz.de report. If this does not happen, the winner is not entitled to the prize and WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner from all participants by drawing lots.

Participants undertake not to post any unlawful contributions. This includes, in particular, insults and false statements of fact as well as offences against intellectual property rights. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims for infringement of their rights, the participant shall indemnify WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH against all claims. By participating in the competition, each participant undertakes to be personally responsible for any legal infringements.
WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH reserves the right to change the conditions of the draw at any time. Furthermore, WS Weinmann & Schanz GmbH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the proper running of the competition. In this case, the exclusion of a participant who is responsible for these reasons is also possible.
