Return form
If you wish to return goods, you have a full right of return within 14 days. Please contact us within this period and inform us in advance by telephone, fax or e-mail about the desired collection of goods. Returns outside Germany are at cost price.
- This applies to unused, flawless parts in their original packaging with sufficient outer packaging.
- Installed parts, incomplete parts and goods damaged by inadequate packaging during return cannot be credited.
- Returns by forwarding agent will be invoiced.
