Rapid assistance in the event of a heating fault – autumn & winter
In the event of a heating fault, you can get prompt assistance in autumn and winter via our emergency service at the WS collection counter. Simply order the spare parts you need by telephone and collect them from our collection counter in Balingen-Weilstetten.
This service is available from 16 October 2026 up to and including 14 March 2027.
