- System separator:
System separators are used for heating circuits that need to be decoupled from the primary circuit. The heat exchanger ensures optimum heat transfer from the primary circuit to the secondary circuit.
Area of application:
For systems with oxygen input, such as underfloor or Wall heating systems with diffusion-open Plastic pipes, open expansion vessels or intermittent oxygen input (e.g. new continuous refilling) and for separating / securing the boiler circuit in old systems and boiler replacement. To complete a separation system, an extension with a mixed / unmixed Heat Bloc is required.

The solar circuit of a thermal solar system is filled with a polypropylene glycol-water mix for frost protection reasons. The heating system is normally operated with water. A heat exchanger is used to transfer heat energy from the solar circuit to the heating circuit. At the heart of these modules is a plate heat exchanger, which enables outstanding heat transfer due to operating in the cross-flow. Grundfos high-efficiency pumps are used in the Solex modules, which have an extremely large adjusting range. The control system is delivered preset, assembled and wired so that a simple adjustment to the real system is guaranteed.
Using volume flow sensor in the Solex modules enables for control related to performance, ensures effective system monitoring and also offering an integrated heat count. The Solex modules are equipped with safety, shut-off and flushing fittings so that the solar system can be brought into service quickly and safely.
