For thorough substrate pre-treatment before repainting heavily soiled ceilings and walls due to nicotine, Grease and soot. Makes all old substrates (e.g. Coatings) clean, non-slip, matt and stable through surface saponification. Particularly suitable for subsequent water-based Coatings & paint systems.
