Induction unit GYS POWERDUCTION 50LG 5,2 KW

Short description

The induction heater POWERDUCTION 50LG heats and loosens stuck steel and aluminium parts in a very short time. With the liquid-cooled POWERDUCTION 50LG, metallic workpieces can also be heated continuously over a longer period of time.
Applications:
- Necessary for unlocking steering linkages (wheel alignment).
- Removal of glow plugs, stuck wiper arms, spare wheel baskets
- Loosening of tie rod end bolts without damaging axle boots
- Removal of drive shafts in the wheel hub
- Dismantling of car and truck exhaust systems
- Dismantling of bonded steel and aluminium body joints
- Straightening of warped body parts (except HSS)

- A heating capacity of 5200W:
Metal sheets up to 6 mm thick can be heated in 500W steps. Metals are heated to a depth of 6 mm. Within one second, a metallic workpiece becomes red hot (1000°C).
